SNA cleared for the first night, but was declined for the next three. At check in I explained that I'd rather not move room & would happily decline the upgrade. Check in lady had a quick chat in the back office - Junior Suite confirmed for all 4 nights - result as they didn't take the other 3 SNA's
Nice score! Another example of why taking the approach of being polite and not pushy with the front desk usually results in the best outcome.
