An update on the lounge Qatar Airways use in Kansai. I was given an invite to the Asuka Lounge which is situated between Gates 11 and 12 in Terminal 1 and the gate that Qatar used was Gate 19. You pass Gate 19 while going to the Lounge but it is an easy walk there and back but you can use the train/tram shuttle which has stops near the lounge and gate 19. I found lounge okay but if you are looking for food options I would look around the terminal because there are plenty and better options to be had. I have attached map in the section headed up North Wing number 68 is the lounge.
