30k Avios for a missed shorthaul connection resulting in an overnight stay in LHR. I did not request or complain about this, it was 100% ATC related for a trip which was only 5 minutes over MCT anyway. I merely claimed the overnight hotel cost and gave a factual 2 line statement that I missed conformance (sentence 1) and couldn't produce a bus receipt due to TfL online Oyster accounts having an outage (sentence 2). I don't put in complaints for things like power and wifi not working.
