Staying here for four nights and I think the previous description someone upthread made that it is a boutique luxury hotel is apt.

Only quibble so far is I requested a late checkout of 2 pm and was told I would have to check back the day before my check out to see if available.

I’m staying as a globalist guest of honor and also have discoverist status so my understanding is that 2 pm checkout should be guaranteed.

Was lucky enough to get four consecutive nights at the last minute and booked two nights on points (30k per night) and two nights using free night certificates. Room rates were about 1000 euros per night.

Was sent a pre checkin email asking about anticipated arrival time as well as dietary preference and other questions.

Booked base king room and was given a premium king room on checkin, which showed in the app 1 day before checkin

Premium king room had view of the plaza.

Concierge is located on fourth floor was super helpful.

Welcome amenity of drinks plus a small chocolate and two waters in room.
