Iberia appears to be offering the roundtrip in Premium Economy (except for the short MAD-BCN and BCN-MAD segments) for $3,750 USD for two. So you would be spending 230K AAdvantage miles + $11.20 to save $922 USD. That's abysmally poor value for your AA miles.

Price the roundtrip on Iberia with Avios. You might or might not find Premium Economy award seats available for your dates.
