Adding commentary here for good measure. I am in a similar situation: account opened on 5/1 and no 60xps yet on my end. FB Plat says they don't see it linked, yet, whereas BoA says everything is correct (they verified number over the phone multiple times) and initial 60 XPs (pre-signup bonus) should be in my FB account within "1-2 billing cycles". Splendid.
I have not yet charged anything to the card yet, so probably need to go ahead and do that to see if it changes anything.
