Had an untracked GC order from 3rd May that I submitted for missing miles today, and customer service responded within 6 minutes approving the transaction. Cartera must have someone just nonstop clearing these GC backlogs. I've never seen such immediate action.
I submitted a missing points request yesterday and got an automated response stating they will not look at it until 10 days from transaction date. My assumption is it will post quickly once the 10 days is reached.
