No. They're closer to (if not possibly the same as) Economy with a salad [usually with the same questionable dressing offering as Polaris] and just the tiniest bit of extra effort put into the serving.

For the same reason I've never had the option to pre-order for PremiumPlus, though if you order a special meal (Kosher, Vegan, etc.) those are served* otherwise you just get the cart through the aisle with "Chicken or Pasta?" (or whatever "X or Y?" is appropriate for the route.

*- I've never ordered one so I can't compare them across cabins but I get the impression that it's no better than the "regular" offering.
