I think they are clearing them by date of purchase, starting at 10 days after purchase, so your ticket popped-up at the front of the queue, is my guess...
Today they cleared all non-tracked purchases that occurred on May 3 that were submitted as tickets.
It is also possible that they were auto-approved by some AI, as there are no CS agent names on the signature...
