I had a similar concern and this is what I found on Verizon's website. On the website, they still call is Data Boost and even at 5GB increments. So looks like they have one terminology for domestic, but I can't figure out why we need to bump speed Stateside on the Ultimate.
But maybe this is only for the hotspot.
