To follow-up on my previous post, the hotel reached out to me directly that the hotel would not be open in time for our stay, and booked us a complimentary comparable room (View Junior suite) at the Fairmont with free breakfast, refunding our points and suite upgrade. While we were disappointed not to be able to stay at the Park Hyatt, we were very impressed with the professionalism and generosity of their offer, and had an incredible time at the Fairmont.
