Dislocated shoulder - assistance needed?
Hi all, first time post from lurker.

Flying BRS - AMS - PVG at the weekend but I dislocated my shoulder a few weeks ago and will not be able to lift my case into the locker. Travelling with full B&R hand luggage compressed to the max to avoid lost luggage.

How to get assistance?
  1. book full assistance- more for mobility issues
  2. Ask at gate
  3. Ask at boarding
  4. Hope fellow passengers will help
Not decided whether to upgrade to business or not but am Skyteam gold if that helps. I won’t be booking my usual exit row as I suspect I will get moved on.
