Is this a guaranteed benefit at city (non resort) hotels for Ambassadors? I ask because I was at a city hotel in San Francisco, and the agent granted my late (2 PM) checkout request after grumbling. FYI, at check-in, my room wasn't ready till 430 PM. In fairness, hotel was at 100% occupancy. I want to understand to what we are entitled vs. a favor from management. Thanks!
