- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? No.
- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? standard Double, no upgrade. I was tired, it was late and i wasn't really thinking of the room they gave me
- How are the rooms? Poor. Still the same room, un-renovated since i first stayed there in 1996.
- What was good and what was bad?
Bad: the old 90s style "curvy" bathroom suite. A sink plug that didn't. A cooling/ventilation system that couldn't. Noisy from the A6 if you opened a window for cool and air; i was on the ground floor and i didn't really want to). No easily available plug sockets and unreliable wifi. A tired, early 90s excuse for a hotel room. Too far from reception and their "services" in an effectively empty hotel just before the may day national holiday. One of their comparatively newly renovated rooms would have been so much more considerate - even a non-upgrade one.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? drink voucher ready and prepared. No other upgrade or status recognition of any kind.
- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? It's our preferred business hotel in the area and we have a corporate rate. Yes it was cheap due to coming may day and being empty and yes i will return due to our travel policy, but following this stay i'd really rather not. I should have complained at the time but it was 1 night, and i was tired, late and already harassed.
