Hello - My wife and I have Economy seats on LH434 from MUC to ORD on June 28 with the possibility to bid on an upgrade to Premium Economy at a minimum bid of 190 euros to a maximum bid of 660 euros.

I priced ORD/MUC R/T flights on LH, 'economy outbound and return' versus 'economy outbound and premium economy return', and found the difference to be 468 USD. Finally, I called LH but was told that no instant upgrades would be offered to me since I booked this flight through United, so, this data point will not be available for me.

My questions are 1) can someone tell me how many E, G, and N seats seats are currently available for this flight, 2) does anyone have any data points on economy to premium economy instant upgrades for MUC to ORD, 3) is the 468 USD, from above, a usable data point for me, and 4) since it's my first time bidding...any advice?
