Just finished 4 nights here. Booked on pts and SUA into 1 king bed suite. True suite with pocket doors closing off living room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everyone, from the doormen, FDA, and breakfast staff were super friendly and especially to my 1.5yr son.
Fixed rate 38euro taxi to FLR about 25mins away

Breakfast was a buffet, which usually included sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs as the only hot dishes. Small menu allowed you to order fried eggs and oatmeal.
Though I did hear someone order an omelette so I imagine they will make eggs anyway upon request. Buffet also had plenty of cold cuts, cheese, yogurt and pastries. Too many things to list. You will not go hungry. But it did get a little repetitive after 4 days.

Room wasn't huge, and oddly enough the living room had a blank frame where it seems a TV should go. Windows opened which was nice for fresh air or to hear the singers on the street. Bathrooms could use more counter space, but shower was huge (dual rainfall showerheads + wand). Housekeeping staff are ninjas, they managed to clean our room or provide turn down service whenever we stepped out.
As everyone else has indicated, this hotel is perfectly situated in Firenze.

Living room. Minibar and wine fridge located in cabinets shown on left.
