A lot of the transactions do not show up at all in the activity tracker so you just have to trust their wallet total. I've noticed a few instances where there was an issue with a flight and needed to cancel manually the credits do not post correctly. Alaska is great at fixing it, but you have to know there is an issue - if I didn't track manually I would have just lost the credit I was supposed to get.
