Not going to happen. At best, it'll be caught in Moscow, if not there, then in Istanbul. If she makes it onto the Miami flight, she'll either be stuck in immigration hold or be on the next flight back to Istanbul.

She needs to get the Russian passport corrected. They are the only ones that can fix that.
