If you get the usual wind/arrivals pattern and assuming good weather, I’d sit in 1J to get the views as you glide along the Thames into Heathrow.
💯 Choosing the "J" side is my go-to, as you'll always have a nice view of all the key landmarks of London if you're landing towards the west. And if you land towards the east, the views on either side of the plane are pretty much the same anyway.
