For this year, I have upgraded JFK-ZRH, ZRH-SFO, SFO-ZRH, ZRH-JFK, and JFK-ZRH.
eVouchers can be used for everyone else. However, the holder of the respective eVouchers has to redeem them, e.g., by calling the M&M hotline.
