Around this time there are no more widebodies arriving so you should be fine for passport control (unless you are unlucky and land with multiple other non-Schengen flights).

Depending on plane position, luggage delivery could happen in as little as 5-10 minutes, especially for legacy carriers, FR and W6 normally take more but still within 15-20 minutes.

There are plenty of transportation options in the next 90 minutes:
- RailJet to Wien Hauptbahnhof at 22:33, 23:02 and 00:02 (last one) - from there bus 13A to Pilgramgasse
- S7 to Wien Mitte at 22:49 and every 30 minutes until 01:19 (last one) - from there metro U4 to Pilgramgasse
- CAT to Wien Mitte at 22:38, 23:08 and 23:38 (last one) - from there metro U4 to Pilgramgasse
- buses every 15 minutes (but longer travel so would not recommend)
