I'm not sure this is the correct thread to post in but when I was looking at the Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort - for a one week booking not logged into the app, there were 11 types of room available. So I choose the one I want, and when I sign in, the price is doubles - because I can then only choose from the top 4 types of rooms. Has anyone had experience with this? Can I book the room as general public and THEN provide my accor membership after I have booked?
