I've posted this image in a couple of threads previously but below indicates the costs of buying into all of the premium and status lounges, and the fare buckets your ticket needs to be in to do so. Unless you are on a really deep discount fare you should be able to pay on the door. If you are travelling on one of those super cheapy fares that is not eligible to buy entry then you are left with the lounges already mentioned.
