JL TSA-HND flights are usually pretty easy to snag with Oneworld miles; value depends on the specific program (e.g. BA good, AA not so good).

I've never had good luck scoring shorthaul NH flights (e.g. HKG, SHA, PVG except for the 130a departure, PEK, SEL, in addition to TSA) into HND using miles though.

ETA: I just made a few award searches for TSA-HND on June 5 afternoon and am pasting the results below. I was sort of wrong about BA being a better value than AA (i.e. I was expecting a lower number of required points). I would gladly burn 17.5k Delta miles (or even 30k for business class) on one of these CI flights because DL miles are really hard to use for >1.2 cpm in many cases. I'd probably prefer to use AA or BA at these levels too v spending $320, but that's a slightly closer call.
