I am flying SIN-KIX in J, and have a few hours to kill in KIX before meeting with other friends who will be arriving from different cities / countries. Is there a lounge I can relax in with my arrival boarding pass, and assuming that I'll be landside by that time? Or should I just bite the bullet and wander around the airport?
