Jumping in on this thread since it is the closest I have found in the way of help. I had no idea my points would reset and to my surprise close to 130k disappeared. The whole reason I got the Citi Bus card was for earning miles for our 10-year wedding anniversary trip this year. Does it mean that I lost all of those points? Sorry if I am beating a dead horse on this thread.. I am just so confused as to what to do. Also, we have a Barclay personal card that also earns miles, but it seems the business miles are not connected, and I cannot even locate an AA miles account for the business miles at all. Any help is greatly appreciated!
