At the $1.95 that it costs me to call my friend anywhere on earth it's a bargain. Based on the quality of the call it's REALLY poor, though. While it worked fine here in the US, his connection from Africa was horrible. When it does work the quality is quite good. But, with regard to problems we're not talking delay (there was a very short delay, which is understandable) we're talking dropouts for half a second every few seconds. This made things like getting a phone number VERY frustrating.
