For context, Fare Basis OHN0OCN1 shows the Fare Class as O, which is in Economy cabin.
What a Byzantine mess for a passenger to wade through! You are definitely taking the right approach by asking the experienced flyers here as opposed to trying to get somebody at AA to go on record about it (which would be a complete waste of your time).
