Points Redemption of 46K (used a 35K certificates and add 11K in points).

Used a nightly upgrade award and was upgraded to a Maestro one bedroom suite which was a nice bi level loft with a king bed on the second floor and living room on the first floor and a view of the square.

Received e-mail saying I had been upgraded 3 days prior to checkin

At checkin, was offered a welcome gift of 1000 points or 10 dollar food and beverage credit as well as 750 points or breakfast

Arrived at 1030 am on day of check in and room was already available which was appreciated and requested and granted 2 PM late check out.

So far an amazing stay, and Lucca is a very underrated town to visit.
