There are only passengers in F, and the restroom doesn't get used that much, so any seat isn't bad.

Row 2 is better than Row 1. You wont have to share overhead space with 1 D/G (the overhead above them is for crew). Also, further from the galley & lav of course. If 2A or 2J are open then for srue take one of those. However, dont worry if its only Row 1 that is available, its only marginally not as good as Row 2.
Enjoy. Use the swivel feature to have a desk. My fav. thing about that seat.
Regarding bin space, having flown 6 RT on long haul flights on the 77W in F, there were never problems with bin space...
