If we're talking window seats, given the location of the side console, I personally prefer the K seats (as a right-handed person, I'd rather have my cup of tea/coffee or glass of wine or book or whatever on my right)
If I were left-handed, I would probably prefer the A seats.
I experienced First on a 787-9 twice (from NRT and SCL back to London).
Both times I chose 2K because of the reasons above (and because 1K was blocked and ended up being a pilot's rest seat).
