You mean Andaz 5th? I wouldn't pay any attention to OTA star ratings, they are meaningless.

Neither this property nor Andaz 5th is a five star. Both are mediocre hotels which deliver solid Hyatt program benefits. Both are fine choices in a difficult NYC market (so long that is, as you don't expect anything anywhere close to a 5* experience).
