After a number of mostly AA flights (always great boarding experiences), I’m on the BA283 to LAX today.
Arrived at the gate around 45 mins before departure and Group 0 was on the screen and I was waved through for a docs check and sat at the top of the escalator for around 15 mins as the cleaners hadn’t finished.
Excellent gate team keeping us informed of the situation and lined up Group 1 first and then 2 in the tensa barriers ready for boarding.
