No harm, no foul I wish I could make the statement you are after, but sadly I have no experience with PG lounges
If you feel you have time though, one option could be to exit through immigration landside and go to the Novotel (attached to the terminal by covered walkway) and pay to use their health club for a shower. I think I saw somewhere that this is a possibility, but could be wrong - worth exploring though.

The PP site does say that washrooms in the PG lounge are currently not available, so might not help you much in any case.

Sadly, all the domestic lounges are rather basic, and I do not believe there are any paid-for showers.
