Invol. denied boarding? I hope you have not used that expression or based your claim on this, as it is clearly not an IDB case. Your claim is for delay (of the ZAG-MUC flight ) which caused you to arrive at final destination 1 day later. Nothing to do with invol. denied boarding (or did you arrive at gate in MUC in time and were not allowed to board the BOS flight?)
