Do any of the suites here have balconies? I think the largest Presidential Suite used to have an outdoor terrace.
Did the hotel switch to Diptyque in large bottles yet? or are they still using Asprey?
Can guests pay at check-in for a club level upgrade?
Does being in Lower Nob Hill mean that views from here are marginal at best?
