Service flow was much improved from my outbound, and the FA had timing mastered. He had a full round of drinks done 20 minutes after wheels up and (something I’d never seen) served the fruit and cheese passengers first - I assume because the hot entrees were still in the oven.
I was perplexed why this didn’t happen on my flight. There was a very long delay while the chicken and burgers were heated…presumably, they were serving front to back in order. I was in 2A with the FnC Plate, but 2C had the burger.
