Parmesan crusted chicken, which I’ll be having again. I was surprised to get a real quantity of asparagus as opposed to the two or three spears I’ve seen before on other carriers. Not a huge fan of it being on top of the sweet potatoes, but that’s obviously a space constraint on the plates. Dessert was Salt and Straw ice cream served shortly after all trays were cleared. A couple of passes of the snack basket followed.
Service flow was much improved from my outbound, and the FA had timing mastered. He had a full round of drinks done 20 minutes after wheels up and (something I’d never seen) served the fruit and cheese passengers first - I assume because the hot entrees were still in the oven.
