I only ever had to use mine (which I never asked for, but got through Kbank) once, and that was when we had to go to USM domestic
well, I also never asked for the pp card as I got them as part of the Visa card package....the few time I used it, I was always charged (something like 20 USD+) for using the PP lounge....I have not used it for years though as usually I fly either business or hold status at 2 *alliance airlines...
