Indeed. It even dips to $605 over the summer, but then after Labor Day jumps to $895, and the rate hasn't yet been negotiated for 2025. I am not optimistic that it will remain sub-$1000... I very much hope to have another stay in the next couple months, even though the city isn't quite as nice in the summer with all the trash baking in the sun.
