I used this year's expiring Cat 1-7 at the Beekman (nice to take advantage of the double night credit offer, too). Hotel was pretty booked, so our upgrade was to a King Premium on the 9th (top) floor. I liked that this room was away from the main atrium and it was very, very quiet, Weekend breakfast in the Bar Rom was fine; we made reservations on Resy due to the Mothers Day holiday today and were seated directly under the middle of the skylight. While the food was good and we had run of the menu for our Globalist benefit, the Temple Court restaurant is showing a C grade and I am assuming that's the same kitchen used to prepare the food. That's just gross.

I liked being in FiDi over Midtown and the Central Park Thompson; I spend so much time in Midtown for work that it's nice to spend some time in a different part of Manhattan. There's still quite a bit of nice places to eat in the area and it is much quieter and less crowded on the weekend.
