Wife is flying DEN-GRR tomorrow and GRR-SFO on Wednesday. She now needs to return to DEN on Tuesday from GRR. If I cancel the second portion online there is an add-collect of >$1500. If I change to her preferred itinerary (GRR-DEN on Tues) it's >$1000 (DEN-GRR is basically sold out). It's re-pricing at both at an astronomical fare.

If she arrived in GRR Monday and cancels the GRR-SFO, will there be any credit offered? She'd return GRR-DEN on a separate 1-way on Tuesday.

TIA
Talk / chat with an agent. Self servicing tools are know to occasionally to have these issue.
