The answer to your first question is NO. Same for your last sentence. QR does not have a family account in the way BA does, where you can pool avios. On QR, new family members have their avios be credited to you, but you cannot pool.existing avios.

The answer to your second question is also NO. BA only shows standard awards, not x2 awards. Furthermore, it seems that there are times when awards are available on BA but not on QR. At least that has been claimed by some posters.
