PBTech and Airport Mall are not the same things. Sometimes they do have offers airside or in store only, including promocodes which do not work in both airside and in store. Also, some benefits do not apply when you purchase in-store.

Not always, sometimes they have quite good deal, also you can find a promocode to discount the price. Again this promocode might not work for in store purchase.
