I was checking in at Vegas a couple of weeks ago. Walked up to the agent. She said, can you go use the kiosk and take your bag over there after you print the bag tag! She said her printer wasn't working. So, I'm thinking why are you standing at that station, it does no good because nearly everyone using the agents service will need something printed, most often bag tags.
First time I checked in at LAS with the current Premier layout, I went directly to a kiosk, printed the bag tag, and was putting the tag on a bag, and two CSRs in tandem shouted and pointed at me to not put the tag on myself. 🙄 Oops.
