The decision has already been made. The 321Ts are being refurbed to a standard 190 (or 196) seat configuration with the standard 20 recliner seats in F. AA has already modified the first (they are down to 15 321Ts). I think it extremely unlikely AA pushes the 321T refurbs back, even by 6 months. They won’t do anymore until the 321XLRs arrive, but the Ts are not surviving in their current configuration.
I too would love to see PHL see some premium love from AA, but it seems extremely unlikely that PHL will see regular flatbed service. More likely a widebody or two, and maybe an XLR that would otherwise be sittting on the ground too long. But we can always hope.
