I am going on Asiana A350 and will see how it goes. Yes the soft products has certainly gone down starting with the discontinuing of the Rimowa amenity kit and then now it is just another soft bag like any other mediocre airline. The IFE has been always terrible.
I thought it was the pyjamas themselves that was giving me trouble when I sat down but then reaslised it was the foam on the seat. I basically had to sit on my pillow.
Being a G they do treat me well I have to say in things like seat assignment etc most of the time. But I guess it is time that I look for someone else as it looks like this has run its course.
