Hello. I'm looking at booking an Air Canada Express - Jazz flight via the SWISS booking page, as part of a broader itinerary. The flight carries an AC flight number, AC 8556. Does anybody know if this will earn Miles & More points?

P.S. I'm aware there are similar scenarios with subsidiaries of various airlines - e.g. Portugalia - but LX seems to get a bit funny depending on the flight number. Is there a general rule one can rely on here?
