I'm surprised I wasn't able to find this in search. Question is simple, does Hyatt Vaction Club charge resort fees for an award booking?

Yes, I know HVC operates separately, so no benefits...etc. But specifically I can't find info on resort fee waivers. Looking at $20/night at Hyatt Vacation Club Palm Springs.
