Just received the same offer ($349 + gifts). I'd value the points alone at $100+
Personally I think this is a stellar deal depending on the time of season, weekends, etc. We just paid >$2000 for 4 nights for a Hilton hotel room in March (peak spring break). Add on bogus resort fees, taxes, etc. plus you get a 1BR not studio.
Of course if you are going in August (high humidity) then you can find lots of deals at all properties.
